VEG WRAP

 

  • Take one tsp olive oil
  • Add mustard seeds (1/2 tsp)  and curry leaves (1 strand)
  • Add chopped onion, tomato( not in night) and saute it till gets brown.
  • After that add finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, beans, bell pepper
  • Sauté it well.
  • Add garam masala , salt, dhaniya powder, red pepper
  • Add 1tsp mint dip and 1 tsp green chutney
  • Garnish it with coriander

For chapatti

  • Make one roti
  • Spread the above mixture on the roti.
  • Roll it
  • Consume it
