VEG WRAP
- Take one tsp olive oil
- Add mustard seeds (1/2 tsp) and curry leaves (1 strand)
- Add chopped onion, tomato( not in night) and saute it till gets brown.
- After that add finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, beans, bell pepper
- Sauté it well.
- Add garam masala , salt, dhaniya powder, red pepper
- Add 1tsp mint dip and 1 tsp green chutney
- Garnish it with coriander
For chapatti
- Make one roti
- Spread the above mixture on the roti.
- Roll it
- Consume it
