Sauteed vegetables Paneer

 

1 cup Paneer or tofu cube

1/2 cup beans chopped

1/2 cup chopped carrot

1/2 cup cauliflower

1/2 cup sweet corn optional

1/2 cup capsicum

1 chopped onion

1 small tomato chopped

2-3 green chilies

as needed oil

to taste Salt

1 tsp Chili flakes

1 tsp Oregano

3 tsp Tomato sauce

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp Vinegar (optional)

1/2 tsp Black pepper Powder

2 tsp Finely chopped garlic

1 tsp Finely chopped ginger

 

Cooking Instructions

 

Step 1

 

Heat a pan put oil in it

Step 2

 

Then add garlic and ginger

Step 3

 

After it put onion saute it about 1 minute

Step 4

 

Then add all vegetables and saute it for about 5 minutes keep the flame high we dont have to over cook vegetables

Step 5

 

Then add all masala to it and mix it properly

Step 6

 

At last add paneer and cook about 1 minute

Step 7

 

Then you have to add tomato sauce soy sauce and vinegar. Garnish it with Coriander it’s optional.
