Ingredients

  1. Quinoa: 1 cup (roasted and powdered)
  2. Jaggery: 1 cup (powdered)
  3. Ghee: 1/2 cup
  4. Nuts: Chopped almonds, cashews, or pistachios
  5. Dried fruits: Raisins, cranberries, or dates
  6. Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon

 

Instructions

  1. Roast quinoa: Roast quinoa in a pan until lightly browned, then powder it.
  2. Mix ingredients: Mix powdered quinoa, jaggery, ghee, nuts, dried fruits, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
  3. Shape laddoos: Shape the mixture into small laddoos.
  4. Serve: Serve and enjoy!
