Paneer Manchow Soup:
Ingredients1. 100g paneer, diced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh coriander , chopped (for garnish)
Instructions1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth, water. Bring to a boil.
- Add paneer and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
