Paneer Manchow Soup:

 

Ingredients1. 100g paneer, diced

  1. 2 cups vegetable broth
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  4. 1 onion, chopped
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1-inch ginger, grated
  7. 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
  8. 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  9. 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste
  11. Fresh coriander , chopped (for garnish)

 

Instructions1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

  1. Add cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable broth, water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add paneer and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
