Overnight Oats recipe

 

Ingredients

 

½ cup Oats I used quick oats

¼ cup Milk

2 tsp Chia seeds

2 tsp Flax seeds

2 tsp honey

2 pcs of fine chopped apple

1 pinch cinnamon

1 tsp Pumpkin seeds

 

Instructions

In a jar add the quick-cooking oats, milk, chia seeds, and flax seeds. It’s optional to add the seeds.

 

Keep this refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight & and add apple and 1 pinch of cinnamon
