Oats cheela:

 

Ingredients1. 1 cup rolled oats

  1. 1/2 cup water
  2. 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (onion , beans , capsicum etc.)
  3. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tablespoon oil

 

Instructions1. Blend oats into a fine powder.

  1. Mix oat powder with water, chopped vegetables, onions, coriander , cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with oil and pour the mixture.
  3. Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side.
