Oats cheela:
Ingredients1. 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (onion , beans , capsicum etc.)
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions1. Blend oats into a fine powder.
- Mix oat powder with water, chopped vegetables, onions, coriander , cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Heat a non-stick pan with oil and pour the mixture.
- Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side.
