Noodle Soup :

Ingredients:- 1 cup low-carb noodles

– 2 cups  veg broth

– 1 cup mixed veggies (beans,  cabbage, bell peppers)

– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

– Green onions, coriander for garnish

 

Steps:

  1. Prep broth: Boil veg broth with ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add veggies: Cook till tender.
  3. Add noodles, protein: Cook as per packet.
  4. Season: salt, pepper.
  5. Garnish: Green onions, coriander.
