Ingredients:- 1 cup low-carb noodles
– 2 cups veg broth
– 1 cup mixed veggies (beans, cabbage, bell peppers)
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– Green onions, coriander for garnish
Steps:
- Prep broth: Boil veg broth with ginger-garlic paste.
- Add veggies: Cook till tender.
- Add noodles, protein: Cook as per packet.
