Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients

  1. 2 slices of bread (whole wheat / oats bread )
  2. Hummus spread ( made of chickpea ( avoid lemon in night)
  3. Fillings like cucumber, bell peppers or grilled veggies

 

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on one or both slices of bread.
  2. Add fillings like cucumber, bell peppers, or veggies.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread.
  4. Roast , Cut and serve.
