Hummus Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (whole wheat / oats bread )
- Hummus spread ( made of chickpea ( avoid lemon in night)
- Fillings like cucumber, bell peppers or grilled veggies
Instructions
- Spread hummus on one or both slices of bread.
- Add fillings like cucumber, bell peppers, or veggies.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Roast , Cut and serve.
