Homemade Protein Powder Recipe

– 1 cup makhana

– 4 tbsp sattu drink

– 5tbsp pumpkin seeds

– 1/2 cup chia seeds

– 1/2 cup oats

– cardamom for flavor

 

Instructions:

  1. Roast ingredients separately till lightly toasted.
  2. Cool and blend into a powder.
  3. Sift and store in an airtight container.
