Ghia (bottle gourd) kofta :
Ingredients
– 1 medium ghia, grated
– 1/2 cup gram flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
– 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
– 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the mixture: Mix grated ghia, gram flour, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and chili powder (if using).
2. Shape the koftas: Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
3. Air fry: Place the koftas in the air fryer basket, brush with oil, and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. 4. make gravy with onion and tomatoes add spices and add kofta , cook for 5-10 min serve with coriander garnishing
