fermented rice Ingredients
– 1 cup cooked rice (preferably unpolished or brown rice)
– 1 cup water onion , rai , curry leaves, chilly , curd
Instructions
1. Soak the rice: Rinse and cook the rice and soak it in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
2. Blend and strain: mix the soaked rice with water, add curd
3. add onion , give tadka with rai and curry leaves and add coriander leaves for garnish and salt pepper as per taste .
