Egg white sandwich:

 

Ingredients

        1. 2 egg whites

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 slice whole grain bread
  3. onion tomatoes ( not in night)
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Optional: spinach, cabbage , capsicum

 

Instructions1. Whisk the egg whites and cook in a non-stick pan with olive oil until set.

  1. Toast the whole grain bread.
  2. Spread veggies on the toast.
  3. Place the cooked egg whites on bread.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and any optional ingredients.
  5. Top with another slice of bread.
