Egg white sandwich:
Ingredients
1. 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- onion tomatoes ( not in night)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: spinach, cabbage , capsicum
Instructions1. Whisk the egg whites and cook in a non-stick pan with olive oil until set.
- Toast the whole grain bread.
- Spread veggies on the toast.
- Place the cooked egg whites on bread.
- Add salt, pepper, and any optional ingredients.
- Top with another slice of bread.
