Drumstick soup:
Ingredients1. 2-3 drumstick pods (Moringa )
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Cut the drumstick pods into small pieces and boil in water until tender.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger paste.
- Add the cooked drumstick mixture to the pan and simmer.
- Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
