Drumstick soup:

 

Ingredients1. 2-3 drumstick pods (Moringa )

  1. 2 cups water
  2. 1 tablespoon oil
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Fresh coriander for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the drumstick pods into small pieces and boil in water until tender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger paste.
  3. Add the cooked drumstick mixture to the pan and simmer.
  4. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
