Egg-White Omelette

Ingredients

– 2-3 egg whites

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/4th  tablespoon butter or oil

– Optional fillings: chopped veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg whites: Whisk egg whites until frothy.
  2. Add seasonings: Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Heat pan: Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan.
  4. Pour egg mixture: Pour egg whites into the pan.
  5. Cook: Cook until the edges start to set.
  6. Add fillings: Add your desired fillings.
  7. Fold: Fold the omelette in half.
  8. Serve: Serve hot.
