Dahi Aloo Sabzi
Ingredients
– 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
– 1 cup yogurt
– 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh coriander , for garnish
Instructions
- Boil potatoes: Boil the diced potatoes until they’re tender. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare yogurt mixture: Whisk the yogurt with coriander powder, turmeric, and garam masala.
- Sauté cumin seeds: Heat ghee or oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- Add potatoes: Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and stir well.
- Add yogurt mixture: Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and stir well.
- Season: Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander.
