Dahi Aloo Sabzi

 

Ingredients

– 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced

– 1 cup yogurt

– 1 tablespoon ghee or oil

– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

– 1 teaspoon coriander powder

– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

– Salt, to taste

– Fresh coriander , for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes: Boil the diced potatoes until they’re tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare yogurt mixture: Whisk the yogurt with coriander powder, turmeric, and garam masala.
  3. Sauté cumin seeds: Heat ghee or oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until they sizzle.
  4. Add potatoes: Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and stir well.
  5. Add yogurt mixture: Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and stir well.
  6. Season: Season with salt to taste.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with fresh coriander.
