– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon herbs (oregano, basil)

- Prepare the filling: Mix chopped veggies, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the roll: Place a slice of bread on a flat surface, spread a tablespoon of the filling, and roll it up tightly.
- Brush with olive oil: Brush the rolls with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
