Sprouts Cheela!

Here’s a simple recipe:

 

Ingredients

– 1 cup sprouted moong beans or other sprouts

– 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)

– 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., onion, tomato ( not in night )

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (e.g., coriander)

– 1/2 teaspoon spices (e.g., cumin, chili powder)

– Salt to taste

– Water as needed

– Oil or ghee for cooking

 

Instructions

  1. Blend sprouts: Blend sprouts with gram flour, vegetables, herbs, and spices.
  2. Add water: Add water to make a thick batter.
  3. Cook cheela: Cook on a non-stick pan with oil or ghee.
  4. Flip and cook: Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  5. Serve: Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
