Poha Kheer

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup poha
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 1/2tsp desi khand
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  5. 1 tsp ghee
  6. Chopped seeds

 

Instructions

  1. Rinse and soak poha in water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat milk and bring to a boil.
  3. Add soaked poha, sugar, and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in ghee.
  5. Garnish with chopped seeds .
  6. Serve warm or chilled.
