Poha Kheer
Ingredients
- 1 cup poha
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2tsp desi khand
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tsp ghee
- Chopped seeds
Instructions
- Rinse and soak poha in water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat milk and bring to a boil.
- Add soaked poha, sugar, and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in ghee.
- Garnish with chopped seeds .
- Serve warm or chilled.
