HOW TO MAKE PANEER SABZI:-

Ingredients:

  • 250 g paneer cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 onion
  • 1-2 tomatoes paste
  • 1 small capsicum
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ¾ tsp salt as per taste
  • ¾ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • Coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preparation:

  1. Chop onions, capsicum and make ginger garlic paste.
  1. Grind tomatoes and keep ready.
  2. If you are using store-bought paneer keep in warm water for a few minutes to retain the softness.

Recipe:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them pop.
  1. Add chopped onions and saute them well.
  2. Fry onions for five minutes until they become brown and soft. Now add capsicum and mix.
  3. Put ginger garlic paste and saute well to remove the raw smell.
  4. Add ground tomato paste and cook well until oil released from the masala.
  5. Now put chilli powder and coriander powder.
  6. Pour some water to cook the masala.
  7. Also, add the required salt for the sabji.
  8. Put paneer cubes and mix well with some water to cook the sabji.
  9. Finally, add some garam masala, mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Switch off and serve with hot chapati
