Delicious Veg Roll:

 

Ingredients

  1. Whole wheat flour: 2 cups
  2. Water: As needed
  3. Filling ingredients:

– Cabbage: 1 cup, shredded

– capsicum: 1 cup, grated

– Onion: 1/2 cup, finely chopped

– Green chilies: 1-2, finely chopped

– Ginger: 1-inch piece, grate

– Spices: Salt, pepper, and any other desired spices

 

Instructions

  1. Make the dough: Mix whole wheat flour with water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Rest the dough: Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling: Mix all the filling ingredients together.
  4. Roll out the dough: Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a thin circle.
  5. Add the filling: Place a tablespoon or two of the filling in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Roll the dough: Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, sealing the edges with water or a little dough.
  7. Cook the rolls: Cook the rolls on a non-stick pan or griddle with a little oil until they’re golden brown and crispy.
