Collagen SHOTS :

Raw turmeric (haldi) — about a 1-inch piece.

ginger — about a 1-inch cube.

5-7 black peppercorns.

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Some water (for blending).

 

 

🔄 Method

 

Blend together the raw turmeric,  ginger, black peppercorns, and lemon  with a little water until smooth.

Pour the mixture into ice-cube trays and freeze until solid.

Every morning: take out one cube, drop it into a cup of hot water, stir, and drink.
