Avocado Veg Wrap:

 

Ingredients

– 1 whole wheat or whole grain tortilla

– 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed

– 1/2 cup mixed veg ( cucumber , onion , lemon juice 2 tsp  )

– 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

– 1/4 cup sliced red onion

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Spread the avocado: Spread the mashed avocado on the tortilla.
  2. Add the greens: Add the mixed greens on top of the avocado.
  3. Add the veggies: Add the sliced cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion.
  4. Mix sauce: Add lemon Juice .
  5. Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll up: Roll up the wrap tightly.
