Atta pao bhaji :
Ingredients1. 1 cup whole wheat atta
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (beans , 1 inch carrot , 8-10 peas , bell peppers)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions1. Make a dough with atta and water. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide into small balls and roll out into pao.
- Cook pao on a non-stick pan with minimal oil.
- For bhaji, sauté onion, ginger-garlic paste, and vegetables.
- Add spices and cook until veggies are tender.
