Atta pao bhaji :

 

Ingredients1. 1 cup whole wheat atta

  1. 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (beans , 1 inch carrot , 8-10 peas , bell peppers)
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. Salt, to taste
  9. 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Instructions1. Make a dough with atta and water. Rest for 30 minutes.

  1. Divide into small balls and roll out into pao.
  2. Cook pao on a non-stick pan with minimal oil.
  3. For bhaji, sauté onion, ginger-garlic paste, and vegetables.
  4. Add spices and cook until veggies are tender.
