Apple oats phirni:

 

Ingredients1. 1 cup oats

  1. 2 cups milk
  2. 1 medium apple, grated
  3. 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (optional)
  6. Chopped seeds

 

Instructions1. Dry roast oats until lightly fragrant.

  1. Grind oats into a coarse powder.
  2. In a pan, mix oats powder, milk, and grated apple. Cook until thickened.
  3. Add cinnamon powder cardamom powder, and saffron (if using). Mix well.
  4. Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Garnish with chopped seeds.
