Apple oats phirni:
Ingredients1. 1 cup oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1 medium apple, grated
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (optional)
- Chopped seeds
Instructions1. Dry roast oats until lightly fragrant.
- Grind oats into a coarse powder.
- In a pan, mix oats powder, milk, and grated apple. Cook until thickened.
- Add cinnamon powder cardamom powder, and saffron (if using). Mix well.
- Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
- Garnish with chopped seeds.
