Ingredient

1 cup pumpkin mashed
1 cup paneer grated or mashed
250 Gms cauli flower boiled and mashed
½ bunch spinach blanched and fine chopped
1 small onion fine chopped
1 Tbs bread Crum & roasted channa pd
2-4 green chillies fine chopped
½ tsp ginger chopped & garlic fine chopped
2 tbsp green coriander chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt & black pepper to taste


Method

Mix together mashed pumpkin, paneer, cauli flower and spinach in a large mixing bowl. Now add all the spices and chopped vegetables. Then add, roasted channa powder & lime juice and make smooth dough. Make small sizes round kebabs and roast on non stick tawa until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with any Green chutney.
