Soya Pepper Bowls

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onion
5-7 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 teaspoon olive or Soya oil
1 Packet of Soya nuggets
1/2 cup diced tomatoes, deseeded
Water for soaking
1/3 chopped chilies / salt to taste
1/2-teaspoon ground cumin
1/4-teaspoon ground pepper
3 medium green peppers diced
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
Take Soya, soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes, drain it & keep aside. Put all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl except seasonings & lemon juice. Add lemon juice, seasoning, cumin powder toss well Serve it on a dish.
