Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
300 gm low fat paneer
1 onion
1 Capsicum
1 Tomato
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
Finely chopped Coriander leaves
To Marinade
1/2 cup non fat yogurt (hung)
2 tsp garlic, ginger & chilli paste
½ tsp ajwian
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp turmeric pd
1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
1 tsp garam masala pd
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili Powder to taste
Method
Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes & cut all vegetables into cubes set aside; add salt, red chilli Pd & turmeric pd to the paneer keep it aside for 1-2 hours until the masala absorbed in paneer (sprinkle masala very little rest keep for marination). Now prepare marinade of all mentioned above ingredients in a bowl (Wisk it properly) take half of the marination mix with paneer and rest of the marination mix with veggies. Take a skewer, skew one piece of paneer and then mix veg (one by one). Skew five pieces in the same manner and grill over griller for 10-15 minutes before serving sprinkle chaat masala, lemon juice & chopped corriander. Serve with onion rings and mint sauce.
