3 cups paneer low fat grated
3 tablespoons brown breadcrumbs
1-teaspoon garlic & ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
4 teaspoons onions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons green chilies, chopped
4 teaspoons cilantro
Oil, for grilling

In a bowl combine all the ingredients except’ oil for grilling, mix well using your hands. Make tikki (flattened rounds) out of this, take a non stick pan put a little oil grills it from both sides till lightly brown. Serve with green chutney.
