250 Gms paneer

Salt to taste

½ tsp Red chilli powder

½ tsp garam masala

1 tbsp lemon juice

For hariyali marination (ingredients)

100 Gms spinach

50 Gms methi leaves

2 or 3 green chillies

1 tsp ginger/garlic chopped

Mix diced vegetables (capsicum, onions, and tomatoes)

¼ tsp clove pd., cinnamon pd., mace pd., black cardamom pd., jeera Pd. Each

1 tsp lemon juice / Salt to taste


Cut paneer into 1 inches cubes, add salt, red chilli Pd, garam masala and lemon juice. Keep it aside for 1-2 hours until the masala absorbed in paneer. Chop spinach and methi leaves, cut green chillies and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste with ginger/garlic, add little water if necessary. Now add lemon juice and all the masalas mix well and mix marinated paneer and diced veg, into this hariyali marination. Take a skewer, skew one piece of paneer and then mix veg. Skew five pieces in the same manner and grill over griller for 10-15 minutes. Serve with onion rings and mint sauce.
