Salt to taste/2 tsp garlic/1 tsp ginger fine chopped
1 tbsp Olive oil
Cut chicken into one inches cube and pound whole red chilli and coriander seeds and keep them aside. Heat oil in non-stick pan add pounded masala when crackle add garlic, onions, sauté for 4 minutes, then add capsicum, ginger, green chilli and sauté for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masala and cook until tomatoes are mashed. Add chicken cubes & some water and cook until done. Serve hot garnish with green coriander.
