INGREDIENTS (2-3 kabab)

1.bread crumbs (50 gm)

  1. SPINACH (200 gm)
  2. Bathwa (100 gm)
  3. Potato (40gms)

5.ajwain(1/2 tsp)

6.salt(1/2 tsp)

  1. Zeera(1/2 tsp)

PROCEDURE

1.Boil  spinach, bathwa , and mash it properly..

  1. Add bread crumbs to it.

3.Add all above mentioned spices to it.

  1. Divide the batter into 2-3 portions.
  2. Give a shape of kababs to batter.

6.Take a non stick pan put 1 tsp oil on it and just toss/shallow fry these kababs..

  1. Serve them hot with mint chutney.
