HARA BHARA KABAB
INGREDIENTS (2-3 kabab)
1.bread crumbs (50 gm)
- SPINACH (200 gm)
- Bathwa (100 gm)
- Potato (40gms)
5.ajwain(1/2 tsp)
6.salt(1/2 tsp)
- Zeera(1/2 tsp)
PROCEDURE
1.Boil spinach, bathwa , and mash it properly..
- Add bread crumbs to it.
3.Add all above mentioned spices to it.
- Divide the batter into 2-3 portions.
- Give a shape of kababs to batter.
6.Take a non stick pan put 1 tsp oil on it and just toss/shallow fry these kababs..
- Serve them hot with mint chutney.
