• Take 30 -50 gram of curd.
  • Tie it in muslin cloth and hang it for 2 hours
  • Now take pan add 1 tsp olive oil
  • Add mustard seeds, chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, 2 green chilies.
  • Sauté it well
  • Add pinch  of garam masala , dhaniya powder , red chili
  • Salt to taste
  • Add above mixture to  curd
  • Apply this batter to brown bread
  • Roast it on non stick pan
