• Take one tsp olive oil.
  • Add mustard seeds (1/2 tsp) and curry leaves (1 strand).
  • Add chopped onion, tomato and saute it till gets brown.
  • After that add finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, beans, bell pepper.
  • Saute it well.
  • Add garam masala, salt, dhaniya powder, red pepper.
  • Garnish it with coriander and celery leaves.
  • Take one – two brown bread.
  • Toast it on non stick till it become crispy.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Add to above mixture & eat it.
